Education and employment history

Ben Liu earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from McMaster University, Canada, in 2019, where his research focused on algorithms for target localization, tracking, and multi-source information fusion. From 2019 to 2023, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher, research scientist, and senior engineer at McMaster University, Huawei Canada, and Uhnder Inc., respectively, conducting research on algorithms for radar, sonar, wearable devices, and millimeter-wave radar.
