Research Office Introduction & personal introduction
About Us:
Analytical Instrumentation Center (AIC) of IDSSE is a shared instrumental platform comprising various core instruments for elemental and isotope analysis, microscopic and micro-area target characterization, organic compound identification and detection, and physical and chemical property testing. Our mission is to support and foster research by providing state-of-the-art instrumentation, ancillary equipment, and expertise in its use and application. It is also opened to the society and services local research and various economic activities. Toward these goals, AIC staffs provide service components where appropriate, education and training of the user community, and collaborative research assistance. We conduct research on the development of new analytical methods for sample analysis and novel technologies to explore advanced functions of instruments. We also design and manufacture instruments with new testing capacities.
